I grabbed a handful of these guys at Walmart, hoping for the diver with the turtle. I ended up with 2 brick guys, 2 karate guys, rocket girl, and drone guy. :/

I have the worst luck even when deliberately feeling for specific characters. Blind grabs aren't my forte either, clearly. Hahaha.

While not LEGO parts related, I learned something nice from No Starch Press. I had bought the LEGO Trains book by Holger Mathes, from Amazon, a few years ago. Turns out if you tell them you bought a book from another retailer, they issue you a coupon to get the digital book for $5. So I got it, Micro Cities, and Space for $15.

Sadly no toy shops are open here and any supermarkets that might stock them certainly aren't going to allow packet squeezing! Thankful I was abler to buy a full set from here.

With a limit of 50 on #11010, it's hard to remember *exactly* how many you've bought, I guess. That's the problem I had with PF lights. Hopefully CS will let you have a one of the May 4th sets from their emergency backlog.

Are you using all those white baseplates? If so, I'd love to see what you're doing with them!

Aye, very few stores are open here as well. I believe Walmart might literally be the only store that stocks currrent Lego that is open for foot traffic? Not only is the idea of groping each pack disgusting, but there is a store capacity limit and a line up around the store at any given time so spending an hour searching minifigs is quite literally inconveniencing at least a dozen other people patiently waiting to buy thier groceries. Thus, the 'quick grab' of random packs. :p

It will be out holiday 2020 so Sept.-Nov. so they can sell a bunch for Christmas. I am hoping for a great minifigure with the collectors edition but also hoping it sucks so I won't be tempted to pay extra.

when i placed my amazon order it i was told the estimated arrival date was May 19 2020 to May 20 2020.

just 12 hours ago i got a e-mail telling me "New estimated arrival date: May 09 2020"

i have just looked at my order, and Now my order status said "Arriving 5 May - 6 May"

at this point we know who is going to win... seeing as my lego.com order has yet to ship out.,

well here is a update.

amazon have shipped my order, and should turn up later today (6th)

my 1st lego.com Order that shipped out on the 5th at about 5am, (about 22 hours ago)

DPD just e-mail me that, that one should come today. my other 2 Order's from Lego.com shipped out about Midnight (3 hours ago) and my guess is that will come on the 7th? maybe. so now it just a who will win the who the 1st to get a itme to me award. there neck and neck, right now. it's who's Van pull up at my door 1st.

and my bet's are on DPD who when dropping off stuff to me in the past show up befour midday.

We must be on the same page— these came last week.  The printing on the moon is a bit faded but the pair of sets were less than half the Bricklink average so I’m not complaining!  Now I need that CMF...

Status... I'll be finishing up Barracuda Bay today... I've been really trying to stretch it out and enjoy it, but I'm down to the final bag. It has been truly a nostalgic and pleasurable build and I'll be sad to see it come to a close.

Next will be the conversion.

He and his sister like to sit on the instructions when I'm trying to build. They act as though I should be grateful for the "help". They were fascinated by my monorail!

I've found a couple on eBay, one with amazing printing on the moon, but the 918 brick has faded to an odd greeny blue now. The others are the correct colours, but with scratched printing. And one is perfect except they've got the LL928 bricks in the set! The search continues, but £40 seems to be the price

I don’t think there’s words for my LEGO status today.  My family and extended family held an intervention last year and basically stopped 90% of my purchases.  That all changed today.  I’m off probation.  Not that there’s anything out there left to buy but... there will be. 

One things for sure. I’ll be front in line when the LEGO store opens.

Have you checked BrickLink?  Looks like a couple of nice copies in the UK in the £40-45 range...

Awaiting parcel with 18 CMFs... And going though a little BL-purchase I got last week. What is it, that makes me comb thru every BL-store that has that one used part my in-laws need for their sale of sets and causes me to end up with 5cts worth of used brick and >20euros worth of new for myself?

Today's CMF ripped open. As soon as we saw it my daughter said we had to buy it for my brother. He's late 40s and has hated peas all his life!

I just really want to play it for some reason. It will be like every other Lego game, but I want it now.

Just some advice for Australians. Don't shop at David Jones. I went to a shopping centre by chance today and I went past DJ's. They usually have hard to find sets. None of that today. All common stuff. It was quite bare bones but I got a set I wanted. City Police Helicopter Chase. I then had to go out and find someone to help me so I could pay for it. Then as I was leaving the alarms went off due to the magnetic strip still being activated. Two staff members chatting by the door/alarms. Couldn't care less that I could have stolen something. Not a care in the world. Deep in conversation.  No wonder they're going out of business.

The graphics upgrade is pretty significant though. I really hope they can stick in some Rogue One and Clone Wars and Rebels parts too even if it is DLC.

so spent a bit of time working out the % saved on euch set,

after finding lego rrp for the may the 4th GWP. (£13.49) is what lego price it at.

i saved 19.4% euch, on over 20+ set's (a little more as i dont know what polybag's gbpp is going to give me. argo i can not give that a £ price yet.)

that % is with all cashback's/vip programs rewards, add on as well.
