Hoping to build both over winter and then start a big accumulation project all over again...the ISD would be 15000 pieces of fun...
Also wondering if said packages will actually be there as they may be left for a few days before we return! Who do Smyths ship with?
(and apologies for my previous post with rather obnoxiously large photos - forgot that they would come out like that!)
According to Rebrickable I had about 99.7% of the parts in my collection, though I suspect it's much easier to just BL the parts than digging them out.
Last time i had a problem, they added items without a problem?
^^^ Apparently, I have 90.3%
But I would have to sacrifice my Falcon, Helicarrier, SSD, Slave 1, Tumbler, TIE Fighter, TIE Advanced, a different ISD, Red 5, Helm's Deep and my Porsche before the number of parts needed per set owned goes below 250. And even then I'd still need nearly 5.5k parts from the rest of my sets, and then buy another 1.5k on top. I think I'll leave well alone... so @Recce - you're not wrong about it being easier to just buy the parts!
Hello all, by the way - I've not been on this particular thread in over a month!
Let's see how it goes this time, last time they used DHL because the normal mail couldn't handle the (rollercoaster) parts I ordered, and the delivery-dude completely screwed up (something with non-scanned not-at-home notices etcetc, but really can't fault TLG for that). Orders are quite big this time too, so unsure if they would fit a normal postage.
Funds will fund the City i'm currently building. Sets will be picked up Friday.
My hands have been giving me quite a lot of bother so typing has been put on a low scale. Luckily, building doesn't seem to be too affected by this latest bout so I have been keeping my brain ticking and my morale going. Been working a bit on a chamber of secrets but urgently need to get some dark grey parts so in the mean time started on one of the latest Ninjago temples. My son has graciously given me permission to build it, as long as he can play with it :)
Really, stupid because the were in a cupboard for over 4 years, but still feel a little sad.
Well, the funds go rights into the expand-the-city-fund, so that is a positive, i guess.
@sid3windr ; have fun today!!
Subliminal Brickset messages?
Or just Brickset on the brain again?

Anyway, keeping my fingers crossed it’ll get here by the end of the week so I can get to building this weekend.
I've decided to open and start building LEGO set #75192 by the end of the year at the very latest!
I don't have either #9468 Vampyre Castle or #10228 Haunted House, but #10937 Batman Arkham Asylum Breakout is rather spooky as well! And the Scooby-Doo gang of course.
On the topic of festivities: you still have until Friday to sign up for the forum's Secret Santa here!
So now off to Bricklive at the NEC for a day of brick based fun.
