...albeit with a terrible and inexplicable sense of foreboding...
"Uhmmm! That is a tasty burger!"
(...not me pictured; something I stumbled upon visiting Leicester Square).
I had been tossing 1 x 1 plates and tiles in a tackle box, with the plan to sort them into compartments at a later date. That date was going to be yesterday, after just putting a couple of other things away and then turning around a little too quickly...
I'll probably add a monorail when it arrives and maybe put a train layout in the area too. I think I'll remove the foldable table I have and replace it with two Ikea tables as well. Might go get some bricks at the LEGO store this week and plan some orders from Bricklink too.
I appreciate the care with the packaging but maybe a bit overkill? And am I the only one thinking that LEGO needs to cut back of their plastic usage (bags in sets included)?
A. $49.99 U-wing (Amazon)
B. $32.82 Blue's Helicopter Chase (Walmart)
C. $19.99 Quantum Realm Explorers + extra set for free shipping (S@H order as I still haven't seen it in stores)
D. $32.99 Knightcrawler Tunnel Attack (Amazon)
I know the best value is in the U-wing (38% off)
But I don't want another Ant-man fiasco and lose out on those minifigs. Is the set a S@H exclusive or will they start showing up in stores soon? Not a big DC fan so option D is just there 'cause I consider it a good deal. The JW set I know I'll get somewhere down the road.
Thoughts?
She promptly fell asleep during the film. :)
I, meanwhile, dug out #75172. I greatly enjoyed the build.
She has an incredible ability to sleep through anything.
Also, my mind thinks "how does she fall asleep when that is happening?".
;)
I can't wait to start to build this! June and early July tend to be absolute chaos for my schedule due to my other hobby, fireworks. I do a display on the 4th of July for my community. But it tends to eat up about 200+ hours of my time when it's all said and done. So, as much as I desperately want to build this TODAY, It'll most likely sit until after the 4th.
My wife stays very awake at the mere mention of the Crack of Doom.
