When ordering pieces from PAB to prepare for a minidoll MOC, you are bound to receive something rather colourful... Makes quite a difference from my usual PAB orders which are dominated by bley tiles!
Was also surprised to receive this PAB order separated in smaller bags. In the past I have always received them all mixed in 1 bag, even when ordering a much larger variation of bricks in similar quantities.
Next step, a thorough wash.
He was keen to point out that he didn't charge me for petrol for his drive to the post office. Moron.
I still find the odd Megablocks part in my collection to this day. Yuck!
I never did leave him negative feedback and wish I had.
Drove over to the UK yesterday. Currently in Northants visiting the folks.
Enjoyed a healthy cooked breakfast this morning at Ye Olde Harvester Inn - a quaint eatery nestled between KFC and Homebase on Northampton's beautiful Riverside industrial estate.
Hello @bookmum - and I'm just outside drizzly Daventry. Very dull and grey and wet, isn't it :-/
Thanks for the tip. Not sure I'll be getting down to Banbury while I'm over. I will deffo be calling in at the recently opened Northampton branch of Smyths for a mooch though :-)
I found a picture of the minifig version of me standing outside the Gare de Lyon Headquarters! (This being before the big interior design overhaul and the actual paving of the street outside ;) )
When in Rome.....
So she's now brightening up a cloudy day in the office:
(Adds the Shark Army General to the list of TLNM CMF's to get multiples of.)

All joking aside, great to have you here!

I'm feeling good about having stopped buying CMFs, and while I spent a lot of last year collecting Nexo Knights, I don't feel the need to go after Jestro's lair anymore, and I could happily walk away without getting the few sets in year two that I want.
City and Creator might always be a temptation, though...
(Don't F this one up. THANKS)
((What's next? Lego Gatorbots!?)
Got a complete set of Ninjago Minifigs and one extra in under an hour. G'dang it, I thought I'd get it in 30 mins. Fresh case at the local Barnes and Noble with 10% off - it's almost tax free! Feels like the last series just came out.
Then got excited at finding ninjago mini figs in WH Smith's until I saw they are only £3.99 each. Oh well. Will have to wait a bit longer before I go hunting for them.
Husband and son came back from grocery shopping and popped into the toystore next door to bring me a present :)
The happiest I've ever been with a junior set ;) @shib @LostInTranslation
Woohoo! Time for a new hairdo for the sigfig?
Funnily enough, the pie seems to be yellow instead of white, so that's good news for my bakery (in one of my MOC projects) that will now sell lemon meringue pie as well.
@stlux for my minidoll MOC I ordered hundreds of 1x2x1 panels with center divider (part 93095) on BrickLink and save those when they're in sets I open.
@Legopants for certain definitions of 'healthy', maybe not good *for* you but looks good. :)
(I do have a delightful meme of this iconic and lovable quote, but that's a matter for another time)
