@iso3200 Nice gesture to cheer someone up. Love the build!
15 days in total. Not bad at all, I think.
6 for battery box. 3 for remote. Time to buy some more batteries.
@bookmum Pizza in front of the telly tonight :-)
Enjoy your pizza!
In other news, last weekend I got to visit my first ever Lego store! In Cardiff!! Managed to survive a store full of kids on their half term break to fill my very first [email protected] cup! Then had a lovely chat with the girl serving me who was also an AFOL! Can't wait to go back!

Sure, there are rough spots. But not nearly as many when his mom and brother are here.
Anyway...don't mean to ramble, but I had a burst of building in the three days they were prepping to leave, then some light building over the week. I'll show a piece here and the bulk of it in the building thread.
Thanks for listening. And as far as this build? I hated, HATED, the printed tiles. They would not align. Would have preferred stickers for more control. Can't find the figgies, but they are around. Watched the film as I built it. Enjoyed it more than I expected.
So, with a few spare parts and Photoshop, I present:-
Great British Batman
Bad Dream Batman
Great British Batman - Umbrella from Penguin Arctic Roller, Cape and Cowl from sh025, arms and legs generic blue. For the torso you have three options - £2000 original London Lester Square minifg, a 70p copy, or photoshop :-)
....I presume it was built to highlight #8458 Silver Champion that came out the same year.
But first, dusting!
Just need to get it all back home now...
