I just lost my pet rabbit, and don't really feel up to packing/shipping at the moment, so if I'm in a buy/sell/trade with you, it's going to take me longer than usual to do anything.
Same goes for @Lowa...
- Day one of the SW advent calendar was pretty cool little Slave1
- My 50% off SW Rebels A-Wing and Tie Fighter set is ready for collection.
- Waiting paid off, Rex's AT-TE on Amazon has dropped enough that with a gift voucher I was given its now 60% off RRP.

Book 1 completed...
Now for Book 2...
Go for it! I put off building mine way too long! Bit fiddly in places and a bit hard on the thumbs but a most enjoyable build indeed - something you can really get your teeth into :-)
I'm now actually really looking forward to a couple of months of just building some of the backlog.
Also the 2 year old loved looking at all the Lego in Smyths today, he was all wow and amazed by it all :)
In other news, watching Ninjago on Amazon Prime Video. Never watched the show before; time to catch up now that I have a few sets. 5 episodes in and looking forward to see how that Lloyd "mini-Palpatine" kid becomes the golden ninja sitting in my Dimensions collection. NO SPOILER PLEASE!!!
One Punch Man all the way!
It went ok, the thing that worked best was the tower building, I would do that again. Also would have to think of other little games for the next one but that's in summer.
The best bit of it all though was when a boy from my son's class (age 10) said wow you have awesome parents :) haha
Bought:
well had a chat with Lego CS on Monday and have replace part's on the way for the parts that Yodel smashed. bad Yodel.. it has to be all the temp staff for christmas.
when out food shopping today got mum to buy me 1 more little lego set for christmas. #40125
and thats about it. slow lego week.
I think this year has been amazing for the GWP: the fountain, the London bus and now the snow globe!
Sometimes I'm too quick to jump on LEGO bargains - I miss a better deal on another set, the same set gets discounted further later, or non-LEGO spending (what's that? :P)
That set seems like a stylistic predecessor to Nexo Knights, though Nexo has more transparent.
Yeah, that's a steal. Average BrickLink prices add up to $42.53, 6.7x. I look for a bit over 2x, and around 3x is a big score.
PS
It's Cavalry; Calvary is the location of Jesus' crucifixion - a rather important distinction. ;)
A few months after I came out of my dark age, I had most of the sets I wanted and my spending leveled off.
My backlog is that I'm not far into #10251 and #41180. Hopefully I can work on those this weekend. Partially built sets kicking around are even more of a mess than sealed boxes. :)
Damn, I thought my room was crowded. The way it's laid out, I needed several pics to show it all: https://www.mediafire.com/folder/599w3jex5p3p3/LEGO_Warehouse_Pics
