Just setting up a Lego room.  Nothing large but I think it will be fun.  I will still have some Lego on display elsewhere but now most of it will be in one location which is awesome!

I call my LEGO room "the apartment" or "my place" depending on the conversation.

Lately it has more of a LEGO floor feeling than room. And I have forsaken cooking as more and more sets get closer to the kitchen; it's eat-out or crackers and cheese for me now.

I made a slight modification to my Palace Cinema. One of my Star Wars decals got messed up somehow, but it will do for now.

stuck at airport in Paris after missing my flight back due to work problems. Never even had time for shopping either so mystery prizes for Legoboy raffle may have to come from duty free shops instead.

Remember you still have time to buy tickets and you can tickets from anywhere in the world. Details on the thread here http://bricksetforum.com/discussion/24121/3-days-to-go-charity-fundraiser#latest  . Just pay his just giving page in whatever currency you want and drop James a PM with details and he will supply you with some numbers for your donations. This message has been brought to you by the letter R and the number 1

hopefully will get a little more cash in time to buy more tickets for me

Oh no! When is your new flight back?
  • bendybadgerbendybadger Member Posts: 1,139
@Lego_StarI fly back tomorrow morning.  now even the iPad is against me and I cannot run off the italics when typing.  Time for bed as it has been a long day and when your equipment goes against you too it is time to call it a day.

So long as it's a bed in a room in a hotel at the airport and not airport chairs! Sleep well. :o)

...because these are the official posters that were all released by LEGO. It has little to do with the movie and more to do with it being a LEGO poster :)

    LEGO Brand Store Opening Soon

My plan was to upload the entire MOC today however two Bricklink orders have yet to arrive for a couple of pieces to complete the model. I can ensure you it will be uploaded between now and mid-August 2016.

I cannot wait to finally share the results with you guys after working on this concept for three years with breaks in-between. It will be the biggest MOC I've ever created with over 3,500 pieces!
i hope there is a LDD file for it.
i been looking forward to seeing this moc or some time.

I'll be uploading tons of images of the physical model covering all the details soon, I don't think I'll be sharing the LDD file this time round.

    @CapnRex101 - Thanks! :D

I'd like to point out that the response from everyone regarding this 'teaser' has been quite overwhelming. I just hope it lives up to everyone's exceptions considering the fan base I've generated from this single project alone.

Checking BrickLink for pirate flags: only damage to my childhood #6285 Black Seas Barracuda is broken clips on both large flags.

8 more hours left to buy tickets and have a chance to win one of 66 amazing prizes in @Legoboy's charity raffle. You might have to fight Captain Red Beard though!

Not really a Lego Status as such, but the Legopants family is off to Denmark for a week's holiday tomorrow, on the east coast of South Jutland. Should be nice if the weather plays ball (which it's not forecast to do unfortunately).

Only 1 hour's drive from Billund - see if I can persuade my two teenagers that a trip to Legoland is a must (weather permitting). They haven't really sounded too keen when I've suggested it before though :-S

Packed a couple of board games just in case (NOT Monopoly though coz that inevitably results in a huge argument). And we've got free WiFi in the house so that my children can tell their friends what a crap time they're having :-D

Just pushed my "set" count over 300 buy picking up 70803 Cloud Cuckoo Palace and a couple of minifig books reduced to £5 each in The Works.  Of course the count is distorted by treating CMFs as sets and doesn't include some 70s stuff as I've not yet worked out all the basic sets that are responsible for most of my old bricks, plates, wheels, windows, doors and roofing tiles.  But, it is a nice milestone to pass.

Actually getting through a lot of my pile of stuff to list on BrickLink. Even built one of the sets myself and setting aside some parts/minis for MOCs.

A couple of days of LEGO bargains for me. Chance wander into a charity shop in town netted my Battle of Hoth and Harry Potter Hogwarts games for £5, both almost complete, with only a two or three pieces missing.

Today I had to pop into Sainsburys for the Mrs to get some bits for tea and picked up the Speedchampions Porsche 918 for £7.

Not having fun bidding on the Lego Marvel SDCC stuff, most of the auctions have ended during times when I'm sleeping.

On the general Lego front, been really slack of late, need to finish prep for my next Lego Ideas project, at least I've gotten around to posting an update for our blog, Awesomest Lego:
