    found a set on clearance at Target. was walking out when I saw the seals had been tampered with. set had been built with the minifigures removed. went right back in to return it. fortunately didn't get any grief, just out time in line and for the refund to apply to my card.

    paid my local store a visit again!
    only got last waves pirate sets 2x for -50%
    couldnt quite push myself into buying chima or lego movie sets, though they where -50% ...

    jester lair still available for 100€

    and a ton of discontinued heroes sets in the multiples. but no clearance yet. full msrp!

    Oh, and today's Lego status: finally able to let the cat out of the bag about my partner's birthday present, the 8480 Space Shuttle with the fibre-optics. He was really pleased (it's the biggest Technic set either of us has ever had by a mile!), and the money went to Fairy Bricks, so that's even better. If only I could do all my present shopping on the Marketplace here! :D

    Status: envious of @legonut80's beautiful twins. That would be a dream come true for me :crossing fingers: By chance, are they named Luke and Leia? =)

    Also envious of Samiam's BL projects! I know what it is and definitely looking forward to seeing it in finished form. Very inspiring Sam!

    Yesterday:
    I work at a library, I was shelving a copy of The LEGO Movie and couldn't resist humming the chorus of Everything is Awesome.
    Got my [email protected] order, too tired to build. Definitely building TBBT and probably Wedding Favor Set. Debating about Merlok's Library and Fountain. Merlok's doesn't look as futuristic as some Nexo sets so it should fit in better with traditional Castle. Maybe I'll order more and BL those.

    Fountain is tiding me over well. I thought July double VIP was only on #60129 and #60131, which I don't want, am I missing something? I do want the retro Castle set though.

    Painting the kitchen is going well - so far I've located the paintbrushes 

    I've also built palace cinema and started a proper inventory. Since the house now looks like a lego explosion I'm starting on the shed inventory tomorrow 

    Divorce is on the cards for next week probably since I've so far had 2 of those meme's posted pointedly on Facebook about how long it takes to get jobs done. I have yet to have the discussion about life savings and the 80k Belgium road trip lego heist
