    And the picture is gone.
On a Lego note, picked up another #75137 to help with my planned expanded version. Having a few technical difficulties on LDD trying to get gears to mesh properly so I can have a lifting platform.
if you ever get it to work, i love to have a Copy of that LDD file.
if it look's good enough for me, i may try to build it.
i dont normal go in for this type of SW set. as them normally only feel like there half complete.

I finally  got 100% of all the LEGO dimensions objectives for all the levels (main story and level packs).  However I think there are still a couple arcade cabinets that still need to be unlocked.  I will probably take a break for a while and then go back and maybe try to 100% the adventure worlds too.

I don't so much mind it, but a discussion forum regarding Lego ought to stay as family-friendly as possible.

And on this side of the pond, that usually means artificial/nostalgic conservative 1950's stereotype sensibilities...

i don't mind knowing that there are people out there who like that type of stuff.
it don't bother me to know it's going on.
i just don't need it pushed in my face.

I find cats are all different; some will completely ignore Lego and other small toys, while others need careful watching! Might be handy to put anything you're working on on trays, rather than loose on a table/floor, so that it can easily be lifted up and shut in another room or cupboard if the cat's getting too involved.
I'm not sure exactly what happened, but I had #79101 Shredder's Dragon Bike on display, and noticed that the Spike 2x8 had its tip broken off, and the remainder of the piece had what looked suspiciously like cat teeth marks on it.

Just had my step mother in law here to help me tidy up and clean before the twins make their arrival next week. It's lovely to have the help but stressful when she goes near the Lego, mixing everything into one box.

@eanair, hmmm... That could be an idea, a thread for peoples to list off their social media accounts & such. From my experience thus far with Instagram & Flickr, you'll find more people involved with the Lego community on Flickr.

There's already this thread where Brickset members are linking to their photostreams:

I'm not sure about other social media, I would have thought that Brickset has it covered in terms of LEGO status updates and discussion threads.

@eanair The mixing all in a box was more of mine in with the kids stuff.

A plus point of the tidy up has been that all 4 of them are able to get to the duplo and are playing really nice, the floor isn't clear again but they're having fun :)

Loving the printing on this minifigure:

My favourite minifigures are still probably the rebel pilots in the orange flight suits, (I currently have three), but the design of this one is great (and probably has the best printing in my collection).

Just been informed that the kids birthday will be 'lego free'. That means the research vessel and submarine that was earmarked for them is now mine! We still plan to visit the logo shop on sat for spending birthday money and have minifigs for the piñata. How that's 'lego free' is beyond me but I'm not going to argue.

While waiting for #70738 Final Flight of Destiny's Bounty to arrive, I thought that I'd better get a villain set to counterpoint it, so picked up #70603 Raid Zeppelin, so my LEGO Status today is "feeling a little guilty", as it wasn't a set on my wanted list. ;-)
Having said that, I'm glad that I bought it, as it's a nice, fun set. :-)

Watched the Hunt v Lauda F1 film Rush last night as SWMBO was out for the evening. Next thing I know I'm searching out the amazing Formula one car plans from RoscoPC If comments on a few forums are to be believed, then I need £150-200 to build one......but which one?

I just realised that I have hit 200 owned sets! Blimey!

    http://brickset.com/sets/ownedby-JudgeChuck

This does include some CMFs and my daughters' sets as well though...
I tried not to enter CMF as individual figures in Brickset database as it will artifically inflate my owned sets figure by another few hundred! I log them under the option of full set of 16, which is usually how I bought them in the first place.

For CMF that I've purchased in sealed boxes, instead of logging as 1 box I will log them as either 2 or 3 full sets of 16 (the remaining extras will not be entered into the database).

That being said, I do have around 10+ loose minifigures from the various CMF series which I still log in individually as the count is not that high :)

My status would have to be "trying to get my collection going again slowly but surely!" Just returned from an almost two years dark age. Gave them up for college but I miss it! Everyone has a hobby right? ;P even though I dont have a lot of time or money im learning to enjoy what I have! :) also have an instagram account! @legends_of_lego if anyone is interested in that sort of thing!

Seeing the piece count on the new City Octan Station is really letting the air out of my Lego desiring oxygen tanks. I know price-per-piece is not a perfect metric to judge by but 17.5 is just brutal for a non-licensed City set. At least the outlandish RRP on the Shuttle Launch set last year had a few special molds and part colors in it. This... this just makes me sad.

Final Bricklink order arrived to replace some of the cracked torsos from the Helms Deep set I purchased from eBay. Even after a partial refund due to the amount of damaged and cracked pieces on a so called complete used set I should have bought one new and sealed rather than used. Live and learn I guess!
  • tecjamtecjam Member Posts: 255
Picked up #76052 off ebay without figs, vehicles, manual or box. Just the structure in bricks. Was easy enough to build, but I do have to agree with the general consensus: It's a poor effort of a set! Looks terrible from almost every angle and pretty much unfinished imo. But for the price I got a nice load of bricks fairly cheap. Including the new printed 1x4.

just got off the phone with GameSeek,
there webpage was listing #60080 at £17.69.
but my payment would not go throw.
so phoned them up. had a nice little chat.
Turns out there was a Bug in there system and it real price is £64.99.
so no super cheep spaceport for me.

part from the killer price on the x-wing, it's a slow day for lego on amazon.
i dont count the missed priced #60080 by gameseek as the chap on the phone said all the order place at the wrong price would be told it was a system F up. and have them canceled.

think i will kill some time and have a look at Tesco's lego page.

Yes, I have struggled with that problem myself, but I don't have any CMF complete sets, so have no option but to include them on an individual basis... To be fair, I don't have that many CMFs, relatively speaking...

In the largest delivery box I have ever seen for a set of LEGO... It must be 100cm x 60cm x 30cm, possibly larger... How on earth am I going to get it home???

I ran into a little bit of extra money last week so I finally decided to buy these 2 things that I kept meaning to buy for a while:

    http://brickset.com/sets/SDCC2015-6/Skull-Scorpio-Mask
    http://brickset.com/sets/COMCON042-1/Exclusive-Tahu-Mask

Got both for $70 plus shipping, not too bad compared to other comic con stuff. And thus this marks my first foray into buying SDCC and NYCC exclusives... my goodness, what have I done!? I'm normally the one that dislikes such exclusive stuff...

My lego status is a self imposed ban on building.
Two hectic weeks ahead for college, and I've left everything till the last minute so I have to give all my spare time to assignment work.....which is soooo hard when there's a 31036 Toy & Grocery Shop and 60050 Train Station waiting to be built, a PAB and a Bricklink order arriving this week AND when this collection of Friends stuff that I got for a great price turns up in the post!!

Did some BrickLink stuff I've been meaning to get to.
Listed some CMF's - Fly Monster, 2 sharks, Frightening Knight just minifigure (wanted shield and mace for Dacey Mormont MOC, and frees up a stand for Fly Monster)
Parted out some sets that haven't been selling as complete, some had already been unboxed.
