Hello, I am about to places juicy order  with all current Rogue One System sets (and Doctor Strage Stage plus Ghost Rider vs Hobbogoblin) and I was wondering if I should wait for the upcoming May the Fourth event in case there are any of the following things released with as part of the sets (planning to get the new ones based on RO next year as well). You May chime in your own ideas for the event as well:

Admiral Thrawn; Imperial Evo Trooper (from the Force Unleashed videogame); Mini Build Death Star; Mini AT-ACT Walker; Death Trooper Zombie; for a good laugh (Jar Jar Binks senate attire)

May 4th is a long way off. I'd start getting them a few at a time when Lego has a good promo set on.

True and thanks, the double VIP points sure are tempting.

You can probably do better than double points if you don't mind waiting and doing a little research. Work out where you can buy each set and if the stores have discounts, then wait for those. Where you need to buy from Lego, then wait for a good promo. There is usually one before Christmas, and you still get regular points too. Even if you don't want the promo you can sell it or trade it for something you do want. That is often worth more than the extra 5c per $ you get at double points time.

Also break big orders into ones just big enough to get the promos and free shipping. No point in getting just one freebie if you can get two by placing multiple orders.

Thrawn would be awesome but I bet we will get him in a future Rebels set.  Let's save May the Fourth promotions for a minifig we wouldn't otherwise get.

    My wish list:
    chrome Captain Phasma
    Jedi Temple Guard
    Darth Plagueis

A Senate JarJar would be highlarious. It would be worth it just to see everyone get pissed.

I think a Leia would be fitting. Not sure what version. Has Hoth Leia been available in recent years? I'd want that or Bespin Leia to add to the Carbonite Chamber.

Chrome Captain Phasma, Matt the Radar Technician, Bail Organa, Saw Gerrera, A new Rotta the Hutt…

A Senate Jar Jar would be great though! I would actually get that :)
