Little bit of BrickLink help needed

bobabricksbobabricks Vancouver, BC, CanadaMember Posts: 1,842
I have a pretty simple question. I want to add a remark to EVERY item in my store currently, not including items I add in the future. Is there an easy way of going about it?

thanks.

    This question would be best answered on the BrickLink Forum. With the recent changes a lot of the features, and how to go about implementing things, have changed. So for the most up-to-date information on how to get things done it's best to ask such questions at their forum.

    You can use BrickStock (brickstock.patricbrans.com) to open your store inventory offline, add the comments and make any other changes, then use the update option to send the changes back to BL.

    @DadsAFOL Thanks for the input.

    @akunthita I see what you are saying, though I'm not a huge fan of the BL forums, and I have no clue how to track my own threads.

    @DadsAFOL Thanks for the input.

    You don't have to be a fan of how a forum looks to ask a few questions. The heart of any forum is the people behind it, and the knowledge of the community. The best place to get quick answers to your BL related questions is going to be BL. If you have posted this question there, you would have had an answer a long time ago. ;)

    As far as following your own threads, you can simply bookmark your forum post for future reference, or just use the search tab in the forum to search on your own username and all topics you have commented on will come up. If you just have an occasional question/comment that is the easiest way to track them.

    I actually really like how the BL forum works. So much easier to use than to bloated forums you find on many websites with all the bells and whistles. On the BL forum a quick search will give you the exact result you are looking for, and if you still have questions, you just ask and someone will be on it right away. I love that community. Give them a chance to assist you. :)
