Lego Market Street 10190 Instructions WANTED

EmkEmk Member Posts: 21
Hi everyone :)
Sooo...I've FINALLY obtained a market street set! Hooray :D Absolutely stoked with the bargain i got and only 1 missing piece :D
So now I have 2 questions: a) does anyone have an original Lego Market Street Instruction booklet they are willing to part with and sell to me? I know I can download them, but I really prefer the real thing!
b) Does anyone have the box they don't want anymore?

Thanks !

You can get the instructions on bricklink, they are worth about £150-200 GBP. The box is much harder to find, but expect to pay a similar amount for the box if you can find it.

No boxes currently available on Bricklink.

That price is obscene, isn't it...

It is obscene, but people wanting complete sets pay those prices. Given that Lego allows you to use the electronic versions for nothing, I know what I'd use.

This might be one of those cases were it is better to buy another used copy with box and manual, and sell your existing one. If and only if the box and manual really are that important, of course. Even taking selling fees into accoint, it will probably be cheaper than buying the box and manual.

@Emk   Now that you've seen the prices for the instructions, can you live without them?

To add insult to injury, the poor guy lives in New Zealand so shipping would double the cost!
