Disney Minifigures Retired? Any idea?

These seem to be sold out in most places in UK. Anyone know if Lego are producing another batch?  Tried to call them today but they are closed on weekends (can't afford to employ weekend staff!!!???)

I noiced my local tesco had a SEL saying they'd be restocked later this month, i think they just sold much quicker than LEGO expected.

Right, thanks.  The Lego website doesn't have them on there at all (not even as a retired product) and i was panicing a bit because i'd like a set of these.  I usually wait for them to be reduced in Argos!!!

CMF Series 16 and the Disney Castle are both due on 1 September. However, Series 16 is already available. That's reported to be so as to avoid a clash when the Disney CMFs are relaunched with the castle.

Yep, that makes sense for them to be relaunched with the castle.  I think i'll wait on getting them.

When I tried to order some with the customer service she told me they were finished. This was about a month and a half ago. Since then I've read on these forums there is going to be a second run of these but I've not heard any official statements.

When I was in the UK I found quite a lot still in Debenhams/sainsbury's but that's a month ago as well. Think there is quite a lot of info in this thread  http://bricksetforum.com/discussion/21803/disney-cmf#latest
