FS Lego 10190 Market Street

Hello, FS is the Lego 10190. This is a complete set.
Box and instructions manual had water damaged. The box took the biggest hit. Instructions booklet is in very condition.
Bags were kept in container and are completely unopened, including the base plates. I have done my research on this set. Will list on eBay soon.  If you are interested, please PM me and we can talk. Thanks!
