I can't decide what I want to build

OK, so I started collecting legos yesterday by getting the Resistance Battle Pack from Star Wars, and today I decided to get a building so I picked up the 3 in 1 Toy and grocery store from the Creators line. Now I problem is that I do not know which of the three I want to build. The default toy and grocer is far and away the largest of the builds, but from what I can tell there will be more extra parts from the news stand or post office to play around with and possible expand with. 

I am not yet confident enough to just build whatever, at least with a set this large, but I am willing to experiment with leftover legos. What do you all think?

Try building all three! It's not like everything will be stuck together when you build one of the models. It is LEGO after all!

I probably will end up doing that. I will probably try the post office first. A bunch of armed men, one of them with a family, occupying a post office sounds like something out of Fallout.
