They don't want them to compete with the Disney series when it comes back in September so they're pushing these out earlier!
^ If that info is accurate, I would presume a second run of Series 1 Disney CMFs.
Anyhoo I began asking a certain store if they had any word of new figures coming into stock. They laughed and said we've heard nothing but you usually know before us! ;o)
I'll try to recall where I saw the catalogue and post a screenshot.
In the meantime, C'mon banana man! :o)
I called for you and they said they didn't have any. The one at 3900 S 27th Street.
Paging @MinifiguresPlus. Will your company be doing a 'pre order' for these soon?

I heard over on EB that they, so said, "Want there to be enough Disney CMF stock out to go w/ the Disney Castle coming this fall" Which to me is a bull Dooky excuse. There is no way they knew last second that the castle would exist and there's no way they can know the CMF Details last second either.
So they could of had Disney in the fall and 16 in the summer. Now its going to be BEYOND a nightmare for some of us. Where i live, there's no lego stores. Last run was a little under 3 weeks ago after not being able to go for over 4 years. Next run is not going to be anytime soon. There's 2 targets that are beyond a hit or miss on stock. And 4 walmarts which are mega hit or miss.
I don't like the looks of series 16 at all and is tied at series 10 as "worst series" in my book but i have no choice but to try hunting them down. There's a penguin guy and banana man. While i have no interest in them, i have to try finding them to put on the side since i know that if i do want them one day, i don't want to have to pay the aftermarket prices
Note - I know NOTHING about LEGO production schedules. The closest I have seen to this is artificial shortages of fresh produce a month before Christmas, followed by a sudden influx of stock just in time to make holiday baskets.
Production schedules are really not conducive to flexibility and last minute changes.
Grabbed 5 at random to start this series.
