Hello. Is it against forum policy to trade anything else other than LEGO? If not, where should adverts be placed.

    Well I'd say  you  could  put in off topic. But I have seen people looking to trade non lego for lego and vise versa.  Probably  depends  on what it is.

    I have no Tsum Tsums (had to look those up, hideous). I dnot even know what I'd trade / sell yet. More of an enquiry than anything.
