so I'd guess it's going to be a lot less likely that you'll get an employee to sell you one.
While I did overpay on that particular set as compared to Amazon and Target, the important part was getting the minifigure pack for my wife.
I was able to get the kessel mine worker on top of the HP 4 pack after spending $75 (included a $30 star wars set)...the store manager let me do this twice to get a second HP 4 pack...but I had to spend $150...(they would not sell the kessel mine worker individually either)...
I did have to wait 20+ min to actually get the store manager to come to the register though...the cashier did not know how to include the kessel mine worker promo...
the manager did tell me if I return any of these I would have to bring back all promos...also I would like to mention to check your receipts...you have 2 weeks to return...ONLY 2 weeks...not that you would want to return and lose the HP 4 pack...(so now I have $150 of legos that you could of bought elsewhere for $100...rip)...
I went to 2 different B&N the next day to see if they would sell these individually and they both said they had limited (under 20) and are saving them for the black Friday promo...in my area they were stern on not individually selling or giving away these promos...
I noticed that they had a few of the Harry Potter sets sitting on the shelf behind the registers, but I was not offered one. I didn't push either though, because, long story short, this store did me a huge favor allowing me to get the one I wanted for my wife in the first place.
I was surprised to see some left at my store though, especially since it's considered a smaller store.

Oh....and I see people are buying the Lego Movie 2 set for $9.99 on Walmart.com. B&N had all the series sets available in-store.
Looks like a pretty fun build.
