What theme do you own the most from?

I'd have to say either Indiana Jones or Adventurers (Johnny Thunder), or possibly THE ORIGINAL Batman theme. I had all but two of the Batman theme, all but one of the Adventurers theme, and all of the Indiana Jones theme. :)

I own 100% of Dino Attack. All but three of the normal release Exo-Force sets, and a good share of Bionicle.

"Most" Pirate sets TLG has released - dating back to 1989.  I do not have the comic released that year, nor any combo packs.  I am also short 1 or 2 larger sets - I.E. Rock Island Refuge - otherwise, pretty complete.

Do you mean percentage-wise, or by number of sets? Or by value, or number of bricks?

    ;-)

Percentage-wise, I have all of the Minecraft sets, apart from #21125 The Jungle Tree House, so 94%. Soon to go up to 100%, when I cave in and buy it.
By number of sets, Space wins with 18 sets, except if I count CMFs, of which I have 21, but that doesn't really count.
By total value and by number of bricks, the Advanced Models theme, which includes modulars, WV etc, wins out with 14381 bricks and £825 value.
Total by year, I have 52 sets from 2015.
Percentage of sets released owned, by year, is interesting, as 1979 comes top for me with 14%.

The Brickset collection analysis page is excellent! :-)

@JudgeChuck: What I was meaning was what theme you have the most sets from, like what you said with your space one. And good night, you have a lot of Minecraft Steves :oP

I have the most sets from town (not city, I only own one of those) but they are mostly small ones. it says 25 sets for 2009 pieces. space comes second with 21 sets but 2257 pieces.
I have the most pieces from ninjago with 7541 for 9 sets.

Hands down has to be Star Wars, according to the main site (and not including cmf's) I have 66 Star Wars sets, the next biggest is seasonal sets at a paltry 8.
Despite that fact, I only own 16% of the Star Wars sets produced but the largest percentage at 58% is the Monster Fighters range.
Star Wars also wins the piece count at 23820 pieces, the next biggest being advanced models at 3977.

By number of sets, I own the most Mixels at 63. That doesn't feel like it counts, nor does Dimensions, so next would be City.

Lord of the Rings. Pretty much everything but stuff like Dimension packs and a few polybags like Elrond. Followed by Scooby-Doo thanks to the recent sale (don't have the lousy plane set), and Speed Champions and Ultra Agents.

Most of mine are classic town/town/city/train and Creator 'buildings' (like mods and the Creator houses/neighbor hood sets-like #31026 Cafe & bike shop). Just by getting old sets to sell I have a large number of pirate sets. While I like the theme, I really do not have the room for them though.

My largest theme would be "that huge pile of unsorted, second-hand LEGO"

More Bionicle sets than anything else. 44 sets identified and built, 2 twenty-gallon tubs unsorted. 30 Star Wars sets identified, but only about 20 that I have sorted and built.

According to my brickset stats I have 221 Star Wars sets.  Next highest is City at 68 (mostly trains/traffic related sets).  I have 4 100% themes: Monster fighters, LoTR, PotC, The simpsons, and Hobbit is at 94% (didn't feel the need to buy the Smaug set).

It's mostly Town, though that includes a lot of subthemes like Space Port and Xtreme Team. It's hard to say which theme I'm closest to having complete - until recently I'd have guessed Xtreme Team as I made a particular effort to get almost everything in the catalogue that year, but apparently there were lots of little sets I didn't know about!

I don't have my entire collection in brickset, but it's easily Creator for me. Specifically, the 3in1 subtheme. I rarely buy anything else these days. I am more excited about the upcoming lighthouse and RV than I am any other sets right now.

The only theme I'm 100% on is Scooby Doo with CMF being a close second (No Mr. G).

My wife may be leaving her career so she can stay home with our kids in the near future and that change will have a large impact on our descretionary spending. I'm glad Creator is where it's at for me bc the theme is affordable and I will still be able to enjoy the occasional set even on a restricted budget. CMF is probably history though.

As a defined number of sets: Star Wars hands down.

Add me to the Power Miners fan club too. By far my favorite non-licensed theme.

Regarding sets owned, I'm 100% complete on Power Miners, Indiana Jones and Lord of the Rings / Hobbit. By quantity, it's Star Wars by a lot!

As we're not counting CMF it appears we have the most Friends sets at 123, I did not realize there had been that many. Scariest part? We're 89% complete, not 100%. Second place is SW and third is City.

100% on Monster Fighters, Dino, Mixels, and despite what the graph says, MBA, I don't think it counts collections very well.

Now is definitely a good time to use Brickset's collection analysis table :-)

In terms of number of sets, the data is as below (number is for unique sets only, if counting duplicate sets will be higher).

    1. City with 173 sets
    2. Star Wars with 104 sets
    3. Friends with 94 sets

Themes that I've got 100% complete sets as below (most of these themes don't have a lot of sets to begin with so easy to complete).

    The Lego Movie
    Lord of The Rings
    The Hobbit
    Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles
    Monster Fighters
    Scooby Doo
    The Lone Ranger
    The Simpsons
    Ghostbusters

In terms of number of sets it's Friends
In terms of percentage, it's Disney Princess followed closely by Friends & Games.

Star Wars is currently the largest percentage of my collection.  It overtake Castle as the largest back in 2010.  Castle had been the largest since the late 80s when my collection began.  Long term I think Castle will over take Star Wars, but that won't happen until over the license ends or I lose interest.  CMF I expect to overtake Star Wars next year.  And Ninjago is on track to overtake Castle year next as well.

very very long term then, seeing there are like 50 new star wars sets each year, vs 5 new castle sets every 3 years or so.

I don't get every Star Wars, but I do tend to get every Castle set.  But even with that it would be long time before Castle overtook Star Wars if they stopped making Star Wars sets today.

In terms of number of sets from a particular theme, for me it's Town, followed by Train (I'm not counting CMFs).

As far as a percentage of the total sets in a theme, I own 75% of Ideas sets and 71% of Lord of the Rings - not two themes that I ever really though of myself as 'collecting'...!

    Most sets:  Star Wars
    Most pieces:  Star Wars
    Most minifigures:  Star Wars

    I'm sensing a trend...

I'm 100% complete in several on-off themes (i.e. Rock Raiders, Vikings, POTC, Lone Ranger), but it's tough to be 100% complete in Star Wars (or Town/City, or Castle) with all the exclusives out there that I don't even try to pursue.  I'm not quite 100% in Classic Space but getting close, I've had close to 40 years of Lego enjoyment with that theme and all its progeny.

the most complete theme I have is time cruisers with only 44% lol. I'm complete on the time twisters.
my 2nd is western with just 25% though I have the 2 flagships... wait, there are re-released sets. so if I check both original and re-released sets, I have 40%
