It is retired, but that doesn't mean that some stores don't still have stock here and there.  They don't pull it from the shelves at retirement or anything.  Walmarts are really random and sometimes find stuff in the back years after it was originally out.

Keep asking questions.  Don't feel like a fool.  You probably had a lot of looks w/o any responses because your topic title was a little vague, "4200 mining truck..."   What about it?  A lot of folks looked at the thread, didn't have an answer and moved along.  You just have to be patient for the right person to look at your topic and give an informative response.
