Collecting certain parts only

I’ve just counted mine, and have 74. About 18 we’re from BAM, and I have a couple that aren’t tagged as a costume, like the Plant Monster from S14

That said, I was wrong about the reddish brown spaceman...

Post resurrection! Better photos out, it is that dino baby, brown with purple, but its one I managed to miss coming out, so I've extended my display strip and will go magazine hunting tomorrow now!

Look forward to seeing the collection once you find it! I've seen the magazine in a couple of Sainsburys (one wouldn't let me buy it as they said it was put on the shelf early but the other one sold it no problem!)

Loads of the new JW magazine in Sainsburys if any one is looking. With the brown and purple striped one added to my expanded display strip, I'm now up to date with the baby raptors....

....waiting on a BL order that contains the final two items of another colour collection.

All of those colorful tiles got me to thinking about the earliest decorated LEGO tiles... which were introduced in 1979 with the early (1979-82) SCALA sets.  These sets were not popular (only sold in EU/UK/AUS) and ended production rather quickly by 1982.

The girls in that ad are in their mid-50s now, but it doesn't look extremely far off from today's ads.  Everything old is new again.

Asking on here, as someone on facebook has come into possession of a dark brown quiver. Definitely dark brown as photo comparison next to brown makes clear 9not my photo so I won't share it).

I now have all the bricksuit costumes in all available colours, if @DeMontes will forgive me for using minifigures to display them(!)

Still waiting for Lego to release a dark turquoise head in an official set so I can complete the collection “properly”!

Had quite a few already, couple of BL orders filled the gaps....

.... and I picked up the new City bin lorry to get the new blue, which currently has a trans blue lid as the 2x2 dish doesn't exist yet.

Calling all every colour of bicycle collectors! Picked up the new 2023 catalogue and there is a new colour, dark azure. Comes in a couple of Friends sets #41738 being the cheaper one.
