Looks like a little sales war is brewing up.... It started this morning with Target putting the Death Star on sale for $379. Amazon quickly matched the price and now Target one-up them and has a special price, but it's not advertised on their website.

Just talked to Target.com, turns out I exceeded my RedCard debit card purchasing limit, this was going to be my third purchase today.

Sheesh.

For what it is worth, the debt card works just fine at Target.com, use it all the time.

The rep took a normal credit card over the phone and gave me my 5% discount anyway, so I have one more of these on the way. ;)

RewardsRunner has 7% cash back at Target right now.

Back in the day you could stack AAA's 10% discount. Of course, AAA is now $10 off $100. And it doesn't appear this promo code stacks with anything else anyway.

Nope, I tried every code I could find, nothing else worked...

When I finally spoke to the rep on the phone, he didn't even know about this code, when he put it into my cart, it cleared out the $7 off $70 code, he said I couldn't use those together.

Kinda hard to complain, given the price... :)

FYI for those who don't know, you can tell Amazon about lower prices via a link on the product page. Dunno if I'm responsible for Amazon price matching, but I had submitted the message to them earlier in the day (others probably did as well). This was before the code surfaced to get an additional 10% off at Target.
