hello
currently i can offer 300€ for a used opened complete haunted house 10228 without shipping.
i have a bricklink account. verified paypal and am able to pay via IBAN. i could also send money "for friends and family" to save on paypal fees (tough not really a friend of that, u would have to have a lot of positive feedback).

prefer a seller from the EU. but i have no problem ordering in USA, russia or asia.
