Lego Dacta 9356 town environment

I hope this is the best place for this.

my mom is finally cleaning her house and found some old Lego sets that were intended for me as a little kid.

I have a set in original bags w/ instuctions (pictures) in a plastic bin the the cover sheet appears to fit in perfectly of the aforementioned Lego Dacta 9356 town environment.

I'm contemplating listing it on ebay. I've also considered adding it to my playable collection as my wife and I just had a daughter who will be playing with Duplo in a couple years and Lego soon thereafter.

Is this a set I should sell (for how much?); I'm sure I could buy a lot of other sets for the price.

Or is this better added to my already somewhat sizable collection
