They keep putting them in sets I want for the parts, like the little orange ones in the Creative boxes. I have a big green one, and I think I have a big light gray one somewhere.

I can't like this comment more than once but I wish I could. Someone calling him out for once, woop.
Everytime you say something like that I think how sad your life must be for it to be of the slightest interest to you.

To be fair it is pretty boring. But that does feel a little rich coming from someone who argues with everything, and everyone on the forum who shares an opinion.
Thank you for thinking of me though.

Lego should start giving differnt colours of them instead of the standard orange I would love to see a seperator with a batman logo come from the batcave that would be cool.
I think, I have (or had) a dark grey one.

The local independent toy shop in Gerrards Cross still has the grey ones in individual packets for sale!

I expect to see them in the ridiculous ebay auction thread soon being sold for £100 as 'retired and ultra rare!!!!!!!!!'

I only have one of each, since I hardly ever buy new sets and rarely see the separators show up in my thrift-store purchases. Apparently people who are donating sets around here are keeping the separators.

I definitely think many sets are designed to a price point.

Going off topic, but I expect the majority of sets (specifically retail) are designed to a price point.

Impressive. Do they have any other stock from the 90's?

First time I encountered one was in 6869 and I thought it was supposed to be part of the Quinjet! :/

    Now I have about 20.

Mine all sit in a big bag on the edge of my table. No idea how many I've got, I think there's a fair few behind the table - it's far easier to get a new one from the bag than fish around to retrieve it!

I wonder where mine has got to...

I would be nice if they re-designed it at this point and added some more buildable functionality to it.
  • chrisalddinchrisalddin Member Posts: 3,041
i dont see how a re-designed would work.
this is already V2 of this item. and i dont see how more studs could be added. and not lower it's use as a tool.

I keep mine in my storage containers, one per container, so that I always have one on hand while building or dismantling sets.
I have no idea how many I actually have, mind you.

Based on Brickset, I should have 89 of them (88 orange, 1 green). 36 of them are in unopened boxes.

I have all of them in a large PaB cup.

Hello, Vaughn here, I must point out that this wasn't my moc - excellent though it is - it is Nicholas Geeraets (sorry can't spell his surname)
Oops my bad, sorry! It is excellent though :-)

@OneWag you did do the Cluedo house model right? Or am I totally confusing you with somebody else?
