How complete does this look?

He says it doesn't have all the parts, but how many parts is it missing and how much should I value it at? Thanks!

    Looks more complete than #76052.

    It looks like most of the parts are there but not any of the minifigures. So if it's missing a few parts no big deal just value it minus those minus a little more for your trouble.
