Opinion on buying 79117 TMNT Lair

Please could I ask for some advice... I've been offered a TMNT set, 79117 Turtle Lair Invasion brand new, sealed box for £55. RRP was £79.99 I believe but from what I can tell they weren't available for long, and prices on eBay seem to be 2x RRP (which isn't a reflection on what they're worth I know). There's one for £90 shipped from Germany.
Is it worth it as an investment or should I spend  my money on Star Wars Lego that I actually collect? Any thoughts welcome :)

There are four European sellers on bricklink with it under £60. There seems to be little demand for it.

Yeah, 'prices on eBay' does not mean much unless they are selling for that amount on eBay. I just do not see the Turtle sets doing all that well unless you got them for an insanely good deal (like 40-50% off RRP)
