That's quite sneaky to say the least...

Does anyone have a lot of dark orange? Even if you don't, if you can offer a coupon/discount on pieces in your store shoot me a PM and I'll be sure to take a look at it. Would prefer to support fellow Bricksetters.
Thinking of something akin to this (provided I can find all parts in all Translucent colours that I don't have yet):
I have got most of the cone pieces, cheese wedges, round plates & bar 4ls that are readily available, but any of you have parts from the image in your stores, I'd be interested to know what, as there are still some stuff I'm after.
New stock this weekend
6 X #10703
3 x #41180
1 x #7066
+ 4000 new parts from bulk buys

Does anyone have large volumes of white bricks that are not yellowed?
The thought crossed my mind, but it seems like the same theory as identifying in store and leaving the rejects behind, just easier in practice. Might not be worth the slight savings anyway.
As for dark orange, I have several dozen 1 wide bricks, a few dozen small plates, and some other things. Does that count as a lot to you?
As for white, I don't have many plain bricks left, but I have many modified/round/etc - mostly new, some lightly used.
I can offer 5% off to someone who mentions this post and I made price cuts/tiered discounts on many of my dark orange lots.

Couldn't find a part in a small order, buyer wanted that exact part and color, so I went out and bought a set with it. Not the best deal, but better than canceling the order. So I've parted on a #75822. Got a Vacation Batman while I was in the store, added that as well.
Otherwise, store hasn't been too busy but the orders I have received have gone pretty smoothly. Got caught up on some sorting this weekend and hope to get to more this week.
Also listed some parts from #70910
Cut prices on promo sets and minifig-only CMFs
I sold all my sticker sheets at once, the main problem was checking against my somewhat haphazard filing system.
Like everything else in store, 20% off average price.
Time for another odd one, does anyone have a large amount of "animal, land"? If you do, let me know.
Thanks as always.
Just parted out non-minidolls of 2 #41115 and 4 #41105
@samiam391 sorry, I have only a few each of a few land animals

what would be a large amount? :)
All parts are 25% off this weekend at Bespin Bricks

As a special offer to fellow Bricksetters - please mention your username in the comments and I'll add a decent discount to the postage!!
Thinking of buying gripseal bags from ecobox.com, leaning against it. Buying by the thousand, and 5000 to get volume discounts, is more than I want to store at the rate I use them. I get 2x3/3x5 with label strips at a small local store. Bags smaller than 2x3 are cheaper in the WalMart craft section (the 1.5x1.5 are too hard to open but I like the 1.5x2). Bags larger than 3x5 are easily available for less in the food storage section. Retail packages are dozens or hundreds rather than thousands.
2 orders tonight - both for 8 black technic pins.
Listed #41300 and #41301 parts except for dogs or minidolls - that finishes my to list pile, I don't think I'll ever finish my to sort pile

Happened to me once with a buyer who didn't like my handling charge, though I did get the feedback removed. Negative feedback seems to be automatically removed if it coems after I NPB and leave negative feedback.
Sometimes buyers ask to cancel because postage was more than expected (even if the lowest amount mentioned in my terms). I go along with that with no feedback, at least they didn't make me wait and otherwise make things difficult.
Parted out 6 #40237, one more #41303, yet another wedding favor set and much of a #41562 Trumpsy
Got a package back marked ikke afhentet/non reclamé (not picked up). Just messaged the buyer - does he want to pay S&H again or does he want me to refund the parts price and cancel the order?
If you file and NPB their feedback will be removed.
Don't think you can, as @SprinkleOtter says contact BL admin. Cancelling an order may see like the nicer thing to do but as you have seen you can end up with an undeserved negative, going down the NPB route may seem nasty but it protects you.
Parted out 2 #41305
Organized a lot of inventory today - sorted 19 #30401 and a few other things, separated some bags with multiple piece types in them, put some bags into separate tubs. Recently got some light green lids, put those on green tubs besides Dark Green, likewise put blue lids on Blue tubs
If you follow the NPB process buyer can't leave feedback not sure why you think it is a BL problem.
Even worse is the form email response I get saying they won't do "favors" for me and that repeated attempts to remove this feedback could result in suspension. Geez, that just shows they did zero research into my request.
However, that would interfere with calculating exact shipping costs. Sometimes automatic estimates are off, especially for an order near a weight threshhold.
Which is where I can see them having a lot of problems with the new Easy Buy set up they've added so they can kill off the classic Wanted List section. Still not happy with that, it's going to take much more time to make orders...
Yeah, nothing is perfect. For cases like that, I refund the overcharge. This has happened at less than a 0.5% rate so far.
I do have to sometimes refund a small amount whether is BL or BO, but those are extremely rare in case of parts and First Class shipping so I would welcome auto check-out on BL.
In the other hand, anything above 1lb is another story for both as they don't have notion of zones for the US. On BL I will invoice with the right zone price and on BO I will most likely issue a refund as the shipping table uses Zone 8 prices.
Would be nice if the NPB process on BL had shorter deadlines like 3+4 days instead of 7+7 but I still go through it to protect my self.
I want to avoid managing 2 stores even with sync tools, so no BrickOwl for me.
I just got a couple BL orders and made sure to include 'quick invoice' in the feedback. Usually I have what I want in my own inventory, so I rarely place orders, but haven't had problems when I do. Maybe as a seller I know what to look for and what sellers expect - golden rule? Likewise, sales to other sellers generally go particularly smoothly.
@elspankdog
I charge exact postage plus a set handling charge rather than a somewhat flat rate structure like yours.
Yeah, if I'm unsure about the estimate, I invoice for the higher amount and refund the difference if need be.
@ColoradoBricks
I also put in Zone 8 prices for Priority Mail. Even living on the east coast, Zone 9 only applies to a few zipcodes in Guam. Lower zones are much cheaper. Sometimes it's unclear whether an order will fit in flat rate packaging, or in lighter non flat rate packaging which helps with a weight threshhold. Some of my buyers select 1st Class for orders well over a pound which makes the automatic estimate a moot point.
It will cost over $200 for me to ship it there.
What are the odds they'll pay?
one buyer sent me a payment that covered just the parts, not the S&H. yes I remembered to enter those in the order received page. still waiting for an answer on that.
another wanted to add to their order so they submitted an order for the pieces they already ordered and the pieces they wanted to add. so batch 1 was duplicated. they went along with the item removal request and I just sent a message clarifying the invoice total is with the duplicates removed already.
Er... what in the world are you shipping to get that sort of price estimate?
I wouldn't invoice that otherwise you'll be liable to get a negative for outlandish shipping fees. Unless I'm missing something here...
