Favourite 25-35€ Super Hero & Star Wars Set?

INDYJONASINDYJONAS Member Posts: 33
Hi everybody,

I am struggling a bit to buy a small-scaled Lego set (from 2013-2016) in the Super Heroes or Star Wars (Ep 4-7) range.
I consider following options:
75003 A-Wing (2013)
76050 Crossbone's Hazard Heist (2016)
76039 Ant-man Final Battle (2015)
XXXXX Alternative ?

They are almost on-par in my opinion with each other since they all have in common that they include cool characters I don't own and nice builds.

May I ask you which one is your favourite and why would you pick it?
Or is it even worth to skip and invest in a higher priced or another similarly priced upcoming set?

Please feel free to comment or let it :)

Thank you in advance for your opinion

Personally all those sets are great. The hazard heist will have black widow who only previously  came in two expensive  sets. Han from a wing only comes in that and evoke village. The a wing pilot is one of my favourite  star wars minifigures. Akbar  is also a nice figure. Ant man set is cool with the build able huge lego bricks. It really  depends  what  you're after. Crossbones set will be  widely available  and the ant  man one is probably  still available  as well. The only con to the a wing is sourcing one at a reasonable  price.

I still can get the A-wing for around 30 Euro. That's why the question of price does not matter much.
And generally, I just intend to have any of these sets for collecting not re-selling purposes.

I just picked up Star Wars 75081 T-16 Skyhopper for $24.00 It's recently retired,Lego hasn't made a T-16 since 2003 and the set is also the only set witch contains a Tusken Raider minifigure.Only the 2nd time Lego has made a TR minifigure & the new model is a vast improvement over the old one.Good luck whatever you choose.

"In A New Hope, Luke is seen playing with a model of a T-16, which in reality was the prop miniature built by Colin Cantwell. The actual prop could not be completed, and an incomplete hull can be seen as a matte painting in the background. His T-16 was ruined by Luke in-universe so he used his landspeeder to search for R2-D2.

A flying T-16 can be seen above Mos Eisley during the Return of the Jedi Special Edition's celebration ending sequence"

Shortly before the Battle of Yavin, when Wedge Antilles protested that the two-meter target on the Death Star was impossible to hit, even for a computer, Luke Skywalker countered that he used to "bulls-eye" womp rats in his T-16 Skyhopper back home and that they were not much bigger than two meters.

Why don't you read reviews of the sets?  Look at pictures or build videos and decide for yourself.

I'd buy two creator sets instead.

Like most of these threads, personal choice. Read reviews and buy what you'll think you will enjoy.
