Did Lego do away with missing pieces?

I went to order some parts through "missing parts" on lego [email protected] and noticed I cant.  The only options are for missing piece replacement or broken part replacement.  Does anyone know why?

I just saw another thread on this subject.  It can be closed if anyone wants.  Guess it will be back in Feb as far as I have read.
