I have this problem intermittently with Google Chrome.  (as well as it going back to the home screen when I try to click on "page 2" or do a search!)  Try IE or another browser.  I only go back to IE when I want to place an order with them.

I had similar problems, but eventually managed to check out - just keep trying.

You have to clear your cookies. The reason different browsers work for different people is because it is a browser they don't use often so their cookies are already cleared. For me IE doesn't work because it is the browser I use all the time. So I have to use Firefox when I actually want to search or shop at [email protected]

Use an incognito tab for chrome. I believe that might help.

I have found that clearing cookies works when using FireFox, it is a bit annoying, but this has been an ongoing issue for some time with [email protected] for some reason.

If everyone contacted TLG to complain about this issue, they might get round to fixing it! I have done so a couple of times.

Clearing cookies is a pc issue, not a website issue.

And having a shower is a personal issue that has nothing to do with the fact you work in a coal mine.

    Cookies shouldn't need cleaning.

[email protected] is a problematic site. I spent all day unable to complete a checkout on my tablet but worked fine on the laptop when I swapped over, sometimes IE works on the laptop, sometimes it doesn't etc. As mentioned above you shouldn't need to clear out cookies for a site to function or change browsers, it is all down to the way the site is built and coded.

A thread like this pops up every so often as [email protected] can be flakier than a box of cereal when the mood takes it, generally around a big product release, sale, promotion push etc. but customer service are great and alway help if the site is down too long etc.

I finally gave up and just phoned my order in.  I'll try a different browser next time or incognito tab.  Crazy that a company like Lego has such a fickle online shop.
