TRU.com Crushed Boxes

Ordered two lighthouses and two cabins from TRU.com. They arrived today and the outer box was in good shape, so I wasn't too worried. When I opened the box, one lighthouse was completely crushed, and both of the cabins had pretty bad box damage. One of the cabins was open, with bags loose in the larger box.

My local store didn't give me too much trouble when I brought in the boxes to exchange them, but they did immediately put them on the shelf for some other sucker to buy... really?

Just thought I'd share...

    I've done that before too, yea they just put them up.

    Many parents don't care, they just open them and toss the box, so what difference does it make to them?

    Well, said parents wouldn't even be able to wrap these boxes. Lol
