[SV] New store in Mall of Scandinavia, Stockholm

Has anyone managed to get there yet? The feedback that I've had on the mall is that it's an overcrowded nightmare. Just wondering whether to check out the wall or just wait until I can go to Stratford in London next week.

Finally made it there to have a look at lunchtime today. The Mall itself is fairly similar to the two Westfields in London. It wasn't that busy compared to Westfield so maybe the initial excitement and the fact that it's a week day have quietened things down.

The Lego store felt bigger in terms of floor space and there seemed to be more on the shelves. The feeling of space was helped by the fact that there seemed to be less display stands in the middle of the shop. The PAB wall selection was pretty much identical to what I saw in Stratford last week. If you need an excuse for a weekend away then they have loads of Tumblers for about £180.

Hoping my department can budget for me to go to Sweden later this year for training. If so I will certainly make time for visiting this LEGO store.

I haven't been there yet but there's also an independent Lego store called Mr Gill's. The sets aren't cheap but based on the website there's an interesting selection of sets and a version of the PAB wall. He also runs monthly creative and speed build events.

Anyone from Sweden or who has been to the Lego Store here able to recommend an interesting landmark or two nearby so I can trick my family to happening by the Lego Store during vacation?
