9247-1 vs 9247-2 What's the difference?

Besides price, I am wondering what the difference is between the 2 versions of 9247.  The contents seem to be the same but one is a year older.
What do I need to look out for when trading for one? Does it really matter?
I am sure someone knows, or has an opinion, and I'd love a bit of education.
Thanks

Ha! Pun intended? Anyway, the two sets do seem to be different content wise. From looking at the photos I can see a few different minifigs and the set from 2006 has 6 more pieces according to BrickLink. The set from 2005 is worth $200 CAD at lowest price sealed and the one from 2006 is worth $80 CAD sealed so there is a pretty big value difference as well.

    VS:

Dash 1 has a Black bicycle where Dash 2 has a black ax to start with.

Let me rephrase that.  The contents are slightly different, but nothing seems particularly rare.  Is it just the year and number produced that drive the pricing on this one? Or am I missing something in the contents?

Not that I want to cheat someone but it would be great if I was sent the more valuable one of course  :-)

The earlier set contains the Infomaniac which is unique. There is a slightly different version, but that's also unique.

Thanks.  I didn't realize it had something "unique".
