What's the value for hard copy Lego Magazines?

Ever since Lego discontinued printing magazines, I have been wondering how much my magazines are now. I have a few from 2010, and almost every single one since. And I have some catalogs. Are those collectible items? How much might I be able to sell mine for? Of course, I still have not decided whether or not I will sell them; the answers to this question may determine my decision.

Both magazines and catalogs are sold on Bricklink.  I would say that would be the easiest way to assess value and rarity.

This is a question that I never thought I needed to know the answer to, but now I am intrigued. I have a lot of the shop@home catalogues ranging from 2000-2012 so I guess I'll go browse bricklink for a while.

    Yep. Sept/Oct 2015 was the last one....they went online. Here's the U.S. site: http://www.lego.com/en-us/club/member/digital-magazines

    Curious.

    Nov-Dec 2015: Red Brick:

"You can enjoy these editions of LEGO Club magazine online, but do you get a print magazine through the mail? Go to your Profile and Subscribe!"

    Nov-Dec 2015: Green Brick:

"Do you get these magazines through the mail? Ask your parent or guardian to check!"

    And:

"You may already receive LEGO Club magazine, or you may even be waiting for your first issue. But if you’re a 4-12 years old and haven’t added the magazine to your online membership, you may be missing out! Go to your PROFILE and SUBSCRIBE!

...and all this shipped to your door six times a year, totally FREE of charge!"

@TigerMoth huh... if they were still sending them out, why did they deactivate my subscription?

Maybe they worked out that you're too old?

@cheshirecat I dearly hope not. They say its for kids under 12, but I signed up when I was 14 or 15 and received magazines until now. I'm probably gonna contact Customer Service or something.

Perhaps the following might explain a lack of printed copies for some people:

"US Club Members 4-12 years old qualify for the printed edition of Club magazine. Members 13+ years old can access the digital Club magazine at LEGO.com/club. If a member 13+ years old would like to receive the printed version they can call consumer service at 866-534-6258 and request a one year print subscription.

Canadian Club Members 4-11 years old qualify for the printed edition of Club magazine. Members 12+ years old can access the digital Club magazine at LEGO.com/club."

As you posted from a link to the US site, that's also the US site; other countries may vary.
So younger kids get printed copies; older ones don't by default.

Young kids love to receive mail. That alone is a reason to sign up for magazines. I don't suppose they'd take it away in hurry.

@TigerMoth Okay. I might just call them. I personally love collecting the magazines. Thanks!
