I gotta say a lot of these new sets are super cool. So colorful! I love it!
New Nexo shield:
Official image of this silver piece:
And just an interesting trans green wing piece:
Love the color scheme for these builds!
Friends marker pen
new leaf piece with stud.
So I guess this confirms that the bluish/greenish color that appears in some prelim pics of next year's Elves sets IS in fact, Bright Bluish Green/Dark Turquoise/Teal!
Interesting blade piece with multiple spots for connections
New textured roof cone pieces in the upcoming Disney Princess sets.
Plenty of other new parts of interest as well... such as the new "gold nugget" piece (previously seen in a different color in the Lego Ninjago Movie, but not in the sets), longer straight segments of the roller coaster track than the Joker Manor offers. And too many awesome new recolors to mention!
Are these meant to replace "6170300: Bracelet Upper Part"? I hope not. They resemble flowers much more closely in form that they are bound to be less versatile.
Per brickshow screen shot: two helicopters in one set?? Best set ever. Also that log suit guy that's surpringly not in the cmf line.
I dunno, the fact that these are more round with just a slight indent between the petals makes me think they could still be really versatile in their own right. For instance, as decorative capitals on a column. Also, a lot of the old four-petal flower's non-flower uses are not quite so essential anymore with the existence of the regular 1x1 round plate with through hole. I don't know for sure if these would be replacing those but I don't think I'd mind too much.
Surely they can't have used a massive stack of 57 or so 2x2 jumper plates, and expect people to be able to line them all up correctly?
EDIT: Wait, that's too wide to be a 2x2 plate - look at the 1x2 trans tile below it. It may be some kind of technic piece. Honestly, I have no idea. I suspect it's probably a new element.
This new flower piece - similar to the 6-stalk piece released a couple of years ago, but now 3-stalk and with a hole in the middle.
A new 'game-style' micro-fig, presumably with a stud or neck to hold a head, rather than having a head on it already.
A cute little bunny head - if you like your bunny heads square, that is. Interesting slope behind it, which is likely to be part of the head mould. Note the 1x2 rounded plate underneath the right-hand bunny.
A new 'chicken head' mould - essentially a 1x1 plate with a plate on the side of it, and a couple of bits sticking out from that for the beak and mouth. I can see this being used in LBG as architectural detailing.
This one isn't a new mould, but a recolour of the 2x2 tile with 2 studs which was first seen in Ninjago City. Thought I'd mention it anyway :)
Nice article on all all of the new pieces in the Joker’s Mansion including a closer look into the new roller coaster pieces.
