It's a recolor of 79851.
Lots of goodies on here
Not exactly new parts, but it looks like the long-awaited return of the large palm leaf piece in the Eldorado Fortress remake #10320 as well as the return of red epaulets and shako hats. I'm sure there are a lot of other interesting pieces as well, but those are near and dear to me for sure!
As LEGO has clearly increased their representation of all types of people, I think something like a hearing aid has to be represented by a "large" print of it on the minifig head in order to convey that particular device. A micro printed hearing aid to match modern day technology would end up looking more like an error in the printing, in my opinion, rather than a hearing aid.
I can appreciate your desire to use the head in other ways to represent individuals who may not have/need a hearing aid device. Perhaps that would be a proper time to simply remove it with the various print removal methods out there? As it's an isolated print on the side of the head, I would think it would be possible to remove without negatively impacting the rest of the print.
As for the Ella Fitzgerald hair style, I know I've seen it too, but can't seem to find it. I feel like I've seen a Friends Minidoll with that type of hair. I'll keep looking to see if I can nail it down for you.
