They could use it to simplify some Speed Champions while creating more stability...If it weren't pink. Ferarri doesn't allow pink cars, and this immediately made me think of the F40. (Why does ns&bp or something like that show up when I tag somebody by clicking on their name in the drop down?)
Turns out the series is called Magic Cube and starts at #41400 as you can see in the pic above.
UNLESS you type magic cube in the search box, in which case they all show up as Magic Cube still.
I do find it interesting that Lego reintroduced the white and black version for Douglas but didn't do so for the revamped skeleton baddies from last year's Ninjago Legacy sets (opting for classic skeleton legs instead).
I am a little curious how tight a fit it is for El Fuego, since unlike standard figs or mini-dolls, the legs of skeletons are separate from the hips/torsos and as such I'd worry he might fit in more loosely. It'd be disappointing if he risked falling out of his stunt plane if it did a stunt like a barrel roll!
EDIT: I just realized that another possible reason might have to do with making it easier for the app to detect him as a minifigure, despite his skeletal silhouette being different. I don't have the app or the figure so can't confirm this.
Chameleon from the book shop is also available on B&P
Now that I look at it more closely, I think the dimensions are 1x4x2 and 2/3. It fits under design id 15967.
Soft Serve, right?
Design number 33492
I was thinking of starting a thread on stupid part names :-/
IIRC the more dome-shaped droid head for BB-8 is also classified as a hat. My best guess as to why both would be described as that is their similarity in size and shape to the earlier fez piece.
