I also see from the email that the 3rd Marvel art print is something you have to use VIP points to get. Luckily I have enough to get it, but you still have to place an order. What a pain! At least the other two arrived in good condition so I do not have to worry about it get damaged.

Yes #31084 is 30% today.  However, I found it for 40% ($54) at my local Walmart this evening.  Brickseek shows more than one store in my area with that price.  So check your local WM to save an extra $10.  Unless of course you're going for the Christmas Box freebie.

going to a wedding soon, ordered a #40197, and enough sales and deals items to bring me up to $35 for free shipping. tried to use VIP but then the free shipping didn't show up. so I ordered w/o using VIP for now

Well, it looks like the Juice Bar is not a launch promo for Hidden Side. The new offer for August 1 is a Jurassic World poly, with purchase of JW sets. :/ 

I'm a wee bit sad about this.

It's like when they offer vip early access to a Creator expert set and then on the proper release date there is a fantastic gwp companion that is infinitely better than getting it two weeks early.

On the Shop at Home site....what is Lego actually saying when you go to their exclusive items, and they say, "hard to find"....that the web site is hard to find....the orange "add to bag" button is hidden on the page somewhere?   It is a lego exclusive, it is very easy to find, lol

that order got canceled on me because I already ordered those sales and deals items before. first time LEGO has ever called me on that. Took a few days for the pending charge to stop showing up on my debit card record

I like Captain Marvel so I got myself #76127 to make the 40197 order big enough

#30410 comes with any $35 purchase not just Jurassic World

Put a >$35 Jurassic World set in my cart and both promos showed up

LEGO has been stopping anyone going over limits for at least 6 months now. This also appears to be no time limit to these limits either.

It's been awhile since I bought from S&H except for this, and my order a few weeks ago to get #40335 which didn't happen to run into order limits

I too was stopped because I was picking up the cheap keychains for christmas gifts.
What sucks is...you don't know what item will trigger the stop.

Lego has added a second promotion in addition to the canvas tote. Now until Aug 25 you also get a LEGO branded picnic blanket.

Well, that was already the case with the tote bag anyway. Here in Canada it is $269 and up. Pulled the trigger on the treehouse. Almost exact amount!

Unfortunately, online ordering still isn't working for me after the last site update. Won't approve any of the 4 credit cards I tried on three different devices and 6 different browsers, even after clearing cookies. Anyone else having trouble?

Also in Canada. Also not working for me. I used the checkout with Paypal option vs credit card and it worked, but I couldn't apply the gift card I had to the purchase or redeem VIP points (and it was a hassle getting the code for that in the first place since no browser on my laptop will open the VIP area and I had to do it on my phone). All their sites are unusable at this point.

Would be interesting to get two such gifts for one over 200 purchase, but the Walmart clearance items spoke for my money this past month.

@preuss - yes! I too ordered the Treehouse but I had to call customer service and order by phone because my shopping bag had a phantom B n P's order that couldn't be cancelled and froze everything.

I wish I would have waited a few days to purchase #42083 Bugatti Chiron so I could have doubled up on the promos with the tote bag and the picnic blanket.

I'd just run back to the store and do a return/rebuy but with the new voucher system you don't get the vouchers back and I used $150 in vouchers for the purchase. 

Although it looks like the tote bag promotion has disappeared from S@H now.

Whoa, but you'll still get the VIP points credited back, right?  Just that you don't get to immediately reuse the vouchers again?

Yeah, I believe so, you get the points back, but not the vouchers.

I thought I read something somewhere that led me to believe you don't get the vouchers or points back, but I appear to be mistaken as I can no longer find it.

I saw that B n P was working today in my area so I made a lengthy order and ordered a set as well... or I thought I did until I tried to pay. The response was "try again". I'm starting to think that they're just messing with me and trying to see how many times I'll repeat my order till it dawns on me that I've been had! Very funny LEGO!

@Cymbeline same here. I did contact customer service and got told there's no point contacting cos there is no solution as the new updates are still applying to the site. Said if it's urgent order on the phone. I countered that with the knowledge that they will only let you order up to 20 elements on phone order bricks and pieces. My order is 67 elements with varying quantities. It would take atleast an hour to go through it all no doubt. Their response was then just wait until the site is fixed. 

I asked if I sent an email with screenshots of my order could someone compile it and then I could call just for the purpose of payment authorisation. I was told I could but it could be a week or 2 before someone gets to it. I asked for a reference number to the chat and was told I didn't need one. I had to say I wanted a reference number for it to be given. Probably the worst customer service rep I've dealt with with LEGO.

I'm starting to think customer service is as aggravated by these new updates as we are...

2 sets are in my shopping bag along with my B n P order and the juice bar but everytime I try to order it takes all the credit card details and then tells me to "try again"! NOTHING HAS CHANGED in almost two months! And I'm given up even trying to access my V.I.P. points.

Site also worked for me--including using VIP credits and PayPal as a payment method although I had to shift payment method back and forth from "credit card" to "PayPal" more than once before I got the button to take me to the PayPal site. Cashing in the credits went very smoothly, though. There may still be a problem if B n P orders are combined with a normal order, but otherwise the site seems to have held up for its first big test...it will be interesting to see how the next double points weekend goes!

And the Brickheadz Bee was still in stock as well as the Juice Bar, too!

Had to call to place my order.  Was able to get both promos still, so mostly just annoyed with the nonfunctioning website and losing an hour of sleep last night as I tried in vain to place the order.

For those not aware, if you order the dragon boat and something else to meet the $65 threshold, you can get all three promos.

Had trouble with the site not processing my payment.  Message was "unable to process your payment".  It may be coincidental, but I saw that the promo code FUN1 was still being applied to my account even though it was no longer valid.  After removing it, my order went through.  Hope that helps anyone else with this issue.

BnP is still 'offline' so Im guessing any BnP order in a cart will not work, at least that is what Im guessing when I tried to submit an order and the order button grays out for a bit, then returns to normal. So my guess is that if you have a BnP order, you will need to wait until after they get the feature back up and running (my guess is tonight after the labor day weekend in the US) and you will be able to place it..

Though very odd (to me) that LEGO would take a holiday weekend and use it to break part of their site that would have been likely used more during that time.

Have there been any recent x2 VIP events? Or are those a thing of the past at this point? I'm trying to plan out a couple of future purchases and I'm debating as to whether I should wait or not. I know the calendar isn't released any longer with the purchase events, but I know there has historically been 1-2 in the last four months of the year.

The month of October has had some 2x VIP in the past (I know last year it was the last 2 weeks of October)
