Ordered my #10266 on June 5th....didn't get a NASA patch...called customer service and said it's on my invoice......she said they ran out around that time when they were processing my order and it's while supplies last.

That’s at least partly BS. I ordered on June 5th, received on June 7th, and called June 7th about the missing patch. They still had them then and shipped one to me (which I’m supposed to receive this Friday). I better not get an empty package!

I finally got my order yesterday and the patch was in there.  However, my Lander box was completely smashed in from the top.  The Rocket Ride was unscathed and was resting in the massive crater/dent, so not really sure what happened.

They are probably running out of patches because they are sending them out with all orders over $99. I ordered a Corner Garage and my invoice says I'm getting both the rocker ride and a patch. My order is supposed to arrive today so I'll know if I actually got a patch.

Paper catalog says #40335 is available til the 18th, so I had been in a rush to order something, but website says 30th. It still shows up in cart on the 19th, but no patch or poster

This part makes me laugh (at Lego, not you :) ). A year ago I paid either $9 or $13 for five starter packs at Target.

Anybody notice that the S@H mobile interface seems to be more streamlined?

(Perhaps it's alternatively a mobile browser update, but the site responds quicker and the navigation is much cleaner.)

I heard they upgraded the mobile site hamsters to chinchillas. So, way faster and more huggable, but also way more stinky.

Ordered my #80103! I do wish that all three of the Asia-specific sets were widely available, but I'm thankful Lego changed their policy due to demand. It shows they are listening.

Most of the Lego Movie 2 sets are 20% off at S@H.  Combined with the double VIP points,  it might be a good time to pick some of these up if you were waiting for a good deal.

So #40343 is already sold out? It hasn't even been out a month. I hope it's just a mistake where they should have put up a Temporarily Out of Stock. They couldn't have underestimated demand this badly, could they?

It's been like that for nearly a week. Usually when it's a mistake, it'll change to "Temporarily Out of Stock" after a day or so.

It looks like it. I went ahead and grabbed it on eBay for $25 just in case. I didn't like it... But if it's sold out, it'll just keep going up.

Yes, but they tend to like selling popular product, so another bunch will likely show up at some point.  It's a pretty low-piece/high packaging likely high margin set.

LEGO has sold out on such packs quickly in the past (and not replenished their supply), so it is not too surprising. I was going to try to get to the LEGO store and LDC near me to see if they still had them, but would not be able to go until the 4th at the earliest. Was a figure rare in that pack or something?

I know that the LEGO store closest to me (Colorado Mills, in Denver) had quite a few of them last week when I went in to do the Castle Byers minibuild.  I would bet most of the LEGO stores still have at least a little stock, especially if they have them placed in an as out of the way place as mine did.

Anyone having a problem ordering from Bricks and Pieces? I've tried a few times on a computer and my phone. the order will either not go to S@H, or will disappear when I try to check out.

I have gone through this before. I found it to be a cookie issue, OR parts that you were trying to order somehow were sold out when you try to add to cart (or the quantities you wanted were changed due to a shortage which will remove the whole order as well if the number you want is not available).

So I would say log out, clear you browser of the LEGO cookies (as well as any other history of hitting those pages).

Make a new order ( I think it also helps to save your summary -where you need to click on the acceptance of the terms before going to checkout-to a Word, or other, file to save what you wanted-in case you had  a large list) then add to cart without logging in to see if that resolves it.

Then log on with your ID and see if it is still there.

Sometimes it could be a site thing, but I know recently I have lost orders due to the quantity of a part I wanted being sold out, or no longer available at the amount before I could check out.

I was having issues with the site in general last night, just couldn't get it to work right, couldn't log in, etc.  They seem to be cleared up for me today, so if you haven't been able to get the order through yet might be worth trying again now.

So the Spider-Man minifigure pack has changed from Sold Out to Out of Stock. Not sure if that actually means anything...

Just an update.

It turns out that it was the waffle tile from the Stranger Things set that was the problem. B&P was showing stock, but once I removed it from my order everything went through.

@gmonkey76 I had the same trouble with my B and P order with 98378. It was showing available but I couldn't complete my order until I removed that element.

For those who live near LEGOLAND California, they had a ton of these in stock today. Granted they were $16.99, but that's probably cheaper than eBay.

$16.99?!? Wow I thought my Lego store selling them for $14.99 was too much. Glad I don’t live in California anymore

That price has nothing to do with being in California. Merlin is (or was) a third party and can charge what they want. That set is $16.99 at every park and discovery center in the US.
