incompatible plastics in storagecontainers

Hi there everybody,

I store most of the parts of my Lego-Collection in "Glis"-Boxes out of the Ikea collection.
Now I was wondering if it is possible that different plastics (ABS and the Ikea material) could be reacting in any way with each other? Do you have any experiences or tips?

I'd think it highly unlikely, plastic is pretty inert after all.

Do you mean something like a negative reaction when they touch? I know moments where the toys' paint can rub off inside, but not for Lego. I kept all my lego in a Sterilite cabinet, and a huge container but nothing happens to them.
