10224 Modular Town Hall.  No Box, but contains all brand new sealed bags.  I traded another Brickset member for this set well before it retired.  This set was part of a large trade, so I agreed to have it shipped without the box to make it easier for the other person...so that's the only reason I don't have the box.  All of the sealed bags and sealed manuals have been stored in a sturdy cardboard box for the past two years, so is about as brand new as can be (less the original box)!  Please make a reasonable offer if interested.
