Just browsing Kickstarter, and saw these Lego head compatible cufflinks.
Excellent if you want to show off those lead heads at the next corporate meeting.

    There is a reason lego fixes keychains, as heads come off. Have they addressed this problem? Otherwise, what is there to stop loss of heads? Especially if you put any pressure pulling on the cuff. If the head is big, it looks like it will pop off.

    It looks like the head clutch is all that keeps your cuffs closed which isn't ideal aswell.  At first glance I assumed they would work without a lego head (i.e. it was just for decoration) but it doesn't look like they will.  Also, $30 for a steel lump?!  I could glue a lego head on any old pair for 10 times less than that and I wouldn't have to worry about losing it.
