10937 Arkham Asylum Breakout

10937 Arkham Asylum Breakout was an "exclusive" D2C set. Based on this the set number 10xxx makes sense, however, the normal number range for this kind of set should have been around 102xx and not in the high end used for kids stuff like duplo and Juniors. Does anyone have an explanation or an idea about what the number 10937 refers to?
