Lets see your Agent Coulson

I know a lot of people are tired of waiting for an official Agent Coulson Minifigure and have made your own. Lets see What you made.

This is what I came up with. (I need to change the right hand to a black one now)

I took mine apart recently, but my biggest problem is they need a hair piece with a slightly higher hairline. I used the blues musician's body, a hobbit head and a dark hair piece (not this one though).

Surely the main problem is having an ID card suit wearing torso.  I put a picture of mine up around here the other day, it was in the what are you buying thread I think.  I didn't invent it, I saw it somwhere on the web then recreated from what I remembered.  It uses an ultra agent body, and looks a bit crumpled if I'm honest.

I think that hair's a good match, I got it from the banana delivery guy in the recent Gorilla Grodd set; the suit is from #3222 Helicopter and Limousine, and I can't for the life of me remember where that head came from.  The Destroyer gun's one of those 'constant state of redesign' things, but I'm more or less happy with the current version - oversized to the point of being a bit awkward for the minifig to hold, but I feel the shape is good.

Loving the hair.. luckily for me, people part this set with just the Banana truck.  So a quick hair piece swap and I not only get a better coulson, but also get a swish little delivery truck for my modular street!  (I'm thinking I might have a broken down delivery truck with a helpful mechanic actually...)

Yes...that is the one I used, but only had it in black...funny thing is I have that set and it didn't even dawn on me to use it.
Like the head you used too

This is a bit of a double post as I loaded this into the MOC thread a few months back. but Coulson is front and centre with his team and Lola in the background, all MOC's.

@monkey_roo What torso do you have on him? Not familiar to me. Or is it custom?

After trawling through the Brickset database, I'm pretty sure the head is (of all things) the Cook from #4195 Queen Anne's Revenge.

I used to have that hair in black on mine as well - I'd have got the Grodd set anyway, what with Grodd and Wonder Woman and her jet and Captain Cold, but spotting that hair in the catalogue was a nice bonus (helped me ignore the awful Bat-bot).

I thought the title of this thread was odd.

Although it would have been much funnier if the character's name was S.H.I.E.L.D. Agent Thomas... Agent John Thomas.

(BTW... 'Danger' is my middle name.)

^^ the Coulson torso is a custom print from firestartoys, quality is great and it was very cheap.

@KantSpell, wanting a Coulson minifigure was part of the drive to create my Lego Ideas project (I've posted about in the Lego Ideas thread a few times). The bonus with my project, should it get the 10k & be selected by the review, Stan Lee, Grant Ward & Melinda May minifigs too.

@MissKittyFantastico, I like your Destroyer gun design, I was considering designing one, I ended up copying the one from the Lego MARVEL Superheroes the Video Game.

VorpalRyu, I'll try to find your project and have a look.

I had thought about that other hair piece that most of you used but I thought it looked too 'full'. I agree mine does not have enough forehead. I might try to reshape it a bit.

@KantSpell, the one I used in my project is the same as in the Lego MARVEL Superheroes Video Game, looks to be the same one everyone else has used (btw, the Destroyer gun in the pic is also from the game).

The link to my project is http://ideas.lego.com/projects/102337
Planning a big announcement soon as the Ideas team gets back to me about my inquiry.

I'd like to see it a little better picture but I'm thinking the new Peter Venkman hair piece could be the answer to Agent Coulson needing a little more forehead.
