FS, sealed Tower of Orthanc & Horizon Express (London, UK)

monkey_roomonkey_roo Member Posts: 1,411
So finally getting down to the bare bones in terms of great sets that I probably won't get to build, or were meant for the kids but who are so not interested due to their obsession with other themes.

Both sets are completely sealed, all are retired. Ideally I would prefer to to a meet up and sell to save on shipping and the hassle that goes with it but I can ship if needed.

Horizon Express #10233 - looking for around £120
tower of Othanc #10237 - looking for around £250

open to offers so PM if interested.
thanks loads
matt

Bumpity bump, open to any offers so PM if interested, would even consider trades for some of the newer SW sets (which is what I would be buying with the funds anyway).

Might have to get a family member to pick up, but should be able to work something out.  I'll have a look at my finances and see if I can sort you an offer.  Free bump in the mean time :).

No worries, given the price of the Tower, shipping may not be an issue, i can use a work service that could make it an inclusive price if needed.

Keeping the bumps going, looks like both sets are back on sale as previous deal seems to have collapsed.

Looks like the train has been sold in a new deal, so back to just the tower for sale.

    New month, new bump.

Depends how desperate you are. I didn't get back to you because I'm only in a position to offer about retail price which is a bit insulting. But if you're really desperate... Otherwise have a free bump and good luck!
  • monkey_roomonkey_roo Member Posts: 1,411
I want rid of this, but that isn't quite the same as desperate :) but I am open to all reasonable offers as this set will never get opened or built here, so it might as well go somewhere else.

A few PM's coming in tonight.
I'll be quite open, £220 shipped or £210 meet and pick up.

As a man called Bacon once said at that price "It's a deal, it's a steal, it's the sale of the f@&#ing century..." (Love a good movie quote)
