Any help is greatly appreciated!

If TRU is reading this forum, your employees are overworked, your stores are understaffed, and you lost a healthy customer this week due to the arrogance of your customer "service" personel.
Also for those inquiring about the Lego dollars, you might want to look at your purchase history to see if the Lego symbol is next to your Lego purchases. If so, add up your purchases that show the symbol and if they are at least $100, call customer service and have them have a specialist do an inquiry into why you never got them even though you spent at least $100.
You could try calling. I have found that the agent you talk to will almost always have to set up a "case," and the response will be slow, but they will take care of you.
