I seem to recall that TRU offered $10 LEGOCash if your total purchase in the month of October was over $100, but I can't remember when that LEGOCash would be available to us, and in what form. Anybody has any information on that? Or was I just dreaming? Thanks.

I know with the rewards cash it states 6 to 8 weeks. Im guessing that the LEGO Cash would be similar.

I was on w/ TRU customer support about something else and asked about this and they quoted the 6-8 weeks also. So I'm guessing they will show up sometime right before or after Christmas. I believe she said they were being mailed.

Hey all - did anyone actually receive their LEGOcash from this promotion? I just got off the phone with a rewards r us customer service person, and she and her supervisor knew nothing about it - only something about a figure that was to be sent to me?

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

I got mine last month. They are only available from 1/1- 1/28(?). I used mine already. I only got $5 even though I bought $150. worth of Lego construction, but whatever. TRU's rewards program is a little defective. Customer service didn't know anything either when I called them.

I didn't receive mine in the mail or electronically. Additionally, when logged into the Rewards site, you can see under your purchase history little LEGO logos next to the qualifying purchases. But there is nothing else noted under my "print my rewards." A week or so back I also brought it up with TRU Customer Service any they were completely lost. But as it was cursory to the reason for my call, I dropped it and figured I would revisit it later.

Mine came in the mail on a sheet with other RewardsRUs coupons. It must have arrived around the third week of December, because the other coupons have an expiration data of 12/31/11.

I tried to work with customer service in the store, and they were straight out rude to me. I talked in a soft voice, I am very articulate, but the service rep was nearly yelling at me... telling me she "knew" and I didn't.

When I tried to explain to her that I have never asked a question from them before, but had concerns, and my level of purchasing was substantial, she became even more irate.

If TRU is reading this forum, your employees are overworked, your stores are understaffed, and you lost a healthy customer this week due to the arrogance of your customer "service" personel.

^try customer service online. I have never had an issue with them. Talk in that same tone and let them know what happened at that store, the store number and even the employees name if you remember it. Maybe there is something they can do.

Also for those inquiring about the Lego dollars, you might want to look at your purchase history to see if the Lego symbol is next to your Lego purchases. If so, add up your purchases that show the symbol and if they are at least $100, call customer service and have them have a specialist do an inquiry into why you never got them even though you spent at least $100.

My coupon was with my rewards bucks for the October period. I got it sometime in December. The $10 coupon is good Jan 1-31.

You could try calling. I have found that the agent you talk to will almost always have to set up a "case," and the response will be slow, but they will take care of you.
