Best Way to Motorize the Emerald Night?

Bought an Emerald Night Lego Trainset and I'm looking forward to putting it together during the Thanksgiving Holidays and incorporating it into the overall Christmas Theme this year. Since these don't come with tracks or motors, what parts do I need to Motorize this and run this around the Christmas Tree? Does Lego make any lights or whistles for their trains?

As Si says, it's all there in the instruction booklet - both what you need, and how to install it - and works fine.

I believe that there are alternative ways to motorize the EN, where you don't lose the driver area in the loco. You might want to google around a bit, or go to Eurobricks, for the details.

(For what it's worth, I motorized it the way described in the manual...)
