One of my favorite podcasts that deals with technology and its influence on us today took on Lego and the set vs. free build debate that included some scientific research on the subject.

    Thanks for sharing.

At first I thought 'not this again', when she started about how there used to be no instructions and just bricks in sets back in the day, and today there are kits that can be used to make just one thing. But it lead to the very interesting insight of the mold-budget in each design team and how it's used.
