This has to have come from somewhere

I have one of these: http://www.peeron.com/inv/parts/4760c01
And considering what I've collected, I could have sworn it was from some kind of police van with flashing lights on top. But that's not in the list.

Plus, I've got a whole bunch of electric bricks, far too many for one battery box I would have said. They include a computer terminal piece, at least one 1x2 full brick with a light on top, and at least two 1x(8?) full bricks with 3 lights along the side. That's off the top of my head anyway.

Any ideas?

Just to confuse me even more, the long bricks look like they could come from either the constuction set or the SP striker here: http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemIn.asp?P=2500c01&in=S although I have no yellow battery box..

*edit 2* Ok, no worries, it IS the SP striker.
